Reasonably clean hotel, and the staff were great, location was amazing near everything. I booked brand-new and exceptionally comfortable room, that was offered with TV's as well as children in the second bedroom. The daily service was excellent. The property was in the middle of the city.

The location of Saray Prime Suites was excellent, being relatively close to Souq Sharq Mall. It was very close to a mosque, shops, and a hospital nearby. - There was a very good shopping mall next to the sea.

the hotel's central location was great, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Manish, the receptionist, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the rooms were clean, well-organized, and had modern facilities. the kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. there were parking facilities available, although you had to surrender your car key at the front desk. Taxis were always accessible outside the hotel, and there was a famous Oriental Cuisine restaurant within walking distance. Cons: Almost perfect! 😊.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Saray Suites during our recent trip. The room was clean and comfortable, with top-notch amenities. The staff, especially Amdad, were extremely helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The location is perfect, close to Mubarakiya and the flats are well-maintained, with two bathrooms and a small kitchen. I highly recommend Saray Suites for anyone traveling to Kuwait.

I recently had a stay at a lovely suite with a good amount of space and new, clean facilities. Despite a minor issue with the air conditioning causing a leak, the staff were quick to fix it. The location was central and convenient, with a grocery store nearby. I would recommend this hotel.
